Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum order value required.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your item is shipped. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery Times
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, carrier disruptions, or customs processing. Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment through our carrier's tracking portal.
Please allow up to 5 business days after shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties
Our products ship from China. Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs inspections and import duties upon arrival in your country.
Within the European Union: Orders are generally not subject to additional import duties for low-value goods, though this may vary by country and order value.
Outside the European Union (including the UK, US, Canada, and others): Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping and are entirely outside our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential charges before placing an order.
We are required by law to declare the full value of all shipments on customs forms.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dogs.toys.support@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
For damaged items, please include photos of the damage and the packaging.
We will resolve the issue at our discretion by offering a full refund or a free replacement, depending on the circumstances.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or circumstances outside our control, but we will always work with you to find a fair resolution.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us immediately at dogs.toys.support@gmail.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
